Facebook & Instagram Ads

Get more customers from Facebook, Twitter & Instagram using promoted advertisements.  We work with you to design an advertisement campaign which includes a custom image / graphics and marketing copy for your Facebook advertisement and management of the ad. You will be given detailed analytics from your website (Google Analytics), and information from all activity on your first digital marketing campaign. A Facebook "ad pixel" may also be added to your Squarespace website for additional tracking.

Access to your website will be needed to create a matching landing page for this advertisement to link to.

Facebook Ad / Instagram Ads:

Importance of social media accessibility

Tweet showing how hashtags can be read aloud wrong. “Black Lives Matter” would be heard as “Black Lives Smatter”

When considering social media strategy, including accessible design increases the number of people who can access your product or service. Inclusiveness must be considered in all aspects and should not be an afterthought. If your social media lacks an accessible design foundation, your message is lost to potential consumers.

Customers are empowered with social media like never before to express their thoughts, feedback, and feelings. They can instantly interact with a brand in a private message or in a public post. Because of that, many companies put social media at the forefront of their customer experience investments.

Accessible social media

People living with disabilities is more common than you may think. Facebook conducted a survey in 2018 of on-site users from 50 countries. The range of disabilities included hearing, speaking, seeing, difficulty using their hands, walking, and coordinating thoughts. Over 30% of survey respondents self-identified as having a disability.

Images are tricky, and making them accessible can involve a lot of thought. For me, the most valuable aspect of thinking about alt text as a designer is that it forces me to think about the meaning and purpose of the image.
