Figma Plugin and Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and creative Figma Design Plugin Developer to join our development team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Figma plugins that enhance the functionality and accessibility of our Smart graphics technology. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma API, JavaScript, and has a strong understanding of user experience and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plugin Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Figma plugins that integrate with our Smart graphics technology.

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional plugins.

  • Ensure plugins are optimized for performance and usability.

User Experience and Accessibility:

  • Focus on creating plugins that enhance the accessibility of designs, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve plugin functionality and user experience.

  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in accessibility and design tools.

Integration and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the development team to integrate Figma plugins with our existing software and workflows.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for plugin-related issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed plugins.

  • Provide training and support to team members and users on how to effectively use the plugins.

  • Assist in developing tutorials, guides, and other educational materials.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing Figma plugins or other design tool plugins.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience with Figma API and other design tool APIs.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles and accessibility standards.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Effective communication and documentation skills.

  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) is a plus.

Sales Director

We are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Director to form and lead our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our new partners. The Sales Director is a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing complex business deals, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of our new technology to potential partners

  • Answer questions about the technology and our process

  • Prepare partner agreements

  • Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Hubspot

  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives

  • Setting sales quotas and goals

  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environment

  • Experience exceeding sales targets with proven ability to generate in excess of $1 Million in sales

  • 7+ years of sales or account management experience

  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling agencies and onboarding partners

  • Flexible with the ability to work across different time zones

  • Demonstrated ability to think of creative tactics to drive closure and shorten sales cycles

Bonus Points/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for social change, green technology and ethical business practices

  • Direct experience as a Web Development B2B Sales Director

  • Executive-level (CXO) communication skills

  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Adobe Illustrator, Graphic Design, SVGs and Graphics Technologies

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work-ethic; self-directed and resourceful
